Loading information:

1- Install Thief or Thief Gold on your computer and set it.
2- Make a directory like "Missions" in the directory of Thief. (for example: c:\Thief\Missions)
3- Download the DarkLoader from the web site: http://www.thief-thecircle.com Put the programs files into a directory like "DarkLoader". Next, copy this directory into the Thief directory. (for example: c:\Thief\DarkLoader)
4- Set the DarkLoader appropriate.
5- Copy the file "The_Item_15_ENG.zip" into the Missions directory. (for example: c:\Thief\Missions\The_Item.zip)
6- Start the DarkLoader, select the "The_Item" on the missionselect screen and click on the "PLAY!" button to play. Have a good play!

Story:

I'm sorry but I didn't have time to translate the text of the story and other texts. Parheps I translate them in the next version.

Difficulty: Easy, Hard, Serious

Easy:

-Find and obtain the magical item!
-Steal 1000 loot!
-If you are done, get out of the complex!

Hard:

-Find and obtain the magical item!
-Steal 1800 loot!
-If you are done, get out of the complex!

Serious:

-Find and obtain the magical item!
-Steal 2500 loot!
-You was searching for the sword of Mercinius for a long time, but you didn't find it anywhere. Maybe you find it here. Steal the sword of this legendary hero!
-If you are done, get out of the complex!

Repaired bugs:

- Now you can load your saved game.
- If you look the map, the Windows don't crash.
- You can't throw the first key... (If you are an experienced taffer, you know, what I'm talking about...)

Version 1.7 repaired bugs:

- You can't drop keys you need to finish the level.
- You couldn't die in version 1.5 - or this bug is only in the hungarian version? - I repaired this bug
too.
- Some small bugs have been repaired... and some small new things have been added.
