The Thief 3 Sneaky Upgrade is an unofficial patch for Thief 3, to make it work better on modern computers. It provides support for widescreen, field-of-view adjustment, GUI tweaks and fan mission loading. It does not in any way facilitate piracy.

You will only apply the upgrade to an installation of Thief 3 that you legally own

You have verified that it is legal in your country to produce and use computer program binaries with third-party modifications

The upgrade is provided as-is, with no warranties of any kind. Neither the developer of the Thief 3 Sneaky Upgrade, nor the people who contributed to it, nor the authors of the bundled mods, can be held responsible in any way for any consequences to you, your computer, or anything else in the known universe, from the use of this upgrade

The game mods bundled with this patch are subject to additional terms. Please see their respective readme files, accessible from the start menu, and uninstall if you do not accept.
