Description : Tales of the lands far to the south speak of great tomb complexes hidden beneath stone pyramids built in the desert, and of kings mummified and buried with all their wealth.
An aquaintance of mine, Golik, recently happened upon a map, ancient and crumbling, showing the layout of one of these tombs. He took a team of "archaeologists" with him, and went treasure-hunting. No-one's heard from him since. He left me the hard copy of the map, and a metal cog for opening the tomb door, in case anything should happen.
I've secured passage on a ship heading south. Even if I don't find Golik, the solid gold "Book of the Dead" he was after may make the trip worthwhile. I know tomb raiding is a risky business, but I'm always willing to experience new cultures... and rob them.

* Thanks *
* Looking Glass for Thief
* Louise, for reminding me to eat instead of just Dromeding 24/7!
* Everyone who contributes to the TTLG forums - your expert knowledge has been invaluable!
* Anyone who wrote a tutorial at www.thief-thecircle.com/dromed
* NamelessVoice for his new loot objects like the Ankh and vases.
* Targa for some great objects, such as the cage and chain, pendulum and staff!
* Sluggs for his light shaft, which eventually I didn't use, but he did put the idea in my head so he deserves credit!
* The actual light shaft was made from a stretched pedastal - credit has to go to Eshaktaar for that one as he used a wood bowl as a light shaft in Keyhunt and gave me the idea!
* Sock for some great Egyptian textures. They were originally made for Quake 3 y'know! You can get em here: http://simland.planetquake.gamespy.com/pages/tpegypt/egypt.htm

* Betatesters: Random_Taffer, Mr_luc, Bulgarian_Taffer - thanks for all the advice!
* Anyone I've forgotten (hopefully no-one!) - if you're miffed, let me know and I'll update this file!
