Story

It happened after the death of Father Karras, when Garrett had retired. There was no more business for him and he was slowly running low on money - until that day.

There was a knock at the door. An old man was standing in front of it and he asked for help. He had a long grey beard and wore only a cloak. Garrett was surprised. An old man? What does he want?

The man made Garrett an offer. It is rumored that in the town of Traverse, in a Hammerite church, the "Old Trinity" is kept. It is a foil to The Eye, although this one is rumored to be much more powerful than The Eye itself. Abruptly, Garrett had to think about the episode, where he stole The Eye - voices and ignorance everywhere. To avoid the pain of the Old Trinity, Garret twill need the "Plate of Power". Both these items have to be acquired. The old man dropped a gold purse and disappeared into a dark alley with no explanation as to why he needed them. Garrett had a bad feeling about this, but he knew the Mechanists were thought to have a laboratory in this area. It might be worth while to find out what they’ve been up to.

Garrett took his sword and his blackjack and bought some flash bombs and potions with the money. But what really awaits our master thief? You'll have to find out by playing the mission.

Story

Es geschah nach dem Tod von Vater Karras.
Garrett war zu jener Zeit bereits im Ruhestand. Es kamen keine Aufträge mehr und das Geld wurde allmälich immer knapper - bis zu jenem Tage.

Es klopfte an der Tür. Ein alter Mann stand vor der Tür und bat um Hilfe. Er trug nur einen Umhang und hatte einen langen grauen Bart. Garrett war erst etwas schockiert. Ein alter Mann? Was will er?

Der Mann machte Garrett ein Angebot. In der Stadt "Traverse" soll in einer Hammeriten-Kirche der "Old Trinity" gelagert sein, ein Gegenpart des Auges, wobei dieser jedoch noch viel mächtiger sein soll als Das Auge selbst. Garrett musste unvermittelt an den Vorfall denken, als er das Auge stahl - überall Stimmen und Unwissenheit. Doch um dem Schmerz des Old Trinity zu entgehen braucht Garrett den "Teller der Kraft". Diese zwei Gegenstände müssen beschafft werden. Doch was will ein alter Mann damit? Der alte Mann warf noch einen Goldbeutel hin und verschwand in einer dunklen Gasse. Garrett hatte ein ungutes Gefühl, doch er dachte auch an die Mechanisten, die dort ein Labor haben sollen. Es könnte sich lohnen herauszufinden, was sie vorhaben.

Garrett nahm sein Schwert und seinen Prügel und besorgte sich von dem Geld noch Blitzbomben und Tränke. Doch was unseren Meisterdieb wirklich dort erwartet erfährst du erst, wenn du die FM spielst...
