Briefing : During a brief visit with my fence, he told me that Mr.
Periwinkle was working on some crystals that are very valuable. Thinking that this
would be a lucrative opportunity, I traveled via the thieves' highway to check out
those crystals for myself. I found a good view of one of those crystals through the
window in the room above the pub, but I also had a good view of all of the City
Watch guards patrolling the streets. Getting inside won't be too hard, but
avoiding the guards will be challenge.
I also have some business to take care of at none other than the police station
itself. My good friend Basso was working a side job for Truart, and came across
some information about me in Truart's journal. I have a good mind to go find out
what that journal says about me.
While I'm on the job I might as well make it lucrative and bring home something
extra to take care of rent for while.
