The city is constantly changing. Houses being built and destroyed, merchants and nobles moving into the city, criminals being caught and killed. There are even
new religious sects, like the mystic order, being established in the city, trying to gain support among the populace. There's also something else that changed in Garrett's life.
His luck. After numerous bad jobs and one narrow escape from the bluecoats, Garrett had to lay low for a long period of time. No money, no food, no supplies. Things started to
look really bad for him, until one of his fences, a guy named Kelvin, offered him a deal. An easy job, that would provide Garrett with the money he desperately needed.
