A wealthy financier and socialite, Albert Grump, purchased the old clock tower from the government for a song. Grump apparently refurbished the delapidated building as a \'gift\' to the city. In reality, a private members only club and casino was built within the structure for the amusement of the Nouveau rich. T\'is time to strike a balance between the growing gap of haves and have nots...

Very simple premise - After another lucrative night of social climbing and privileged sucking up, Grump\'s Tower has closed and the evenings loot is being deposited into the secret vault. Break into the tower via the docking bay and relieve Grump of his haul.
