Server Mutator that makes all thobjecthousehold actors unfrobable, making them impossible to be used for stacking, there are some objects that can still be used to stack, but this should stop most. note - Updated file! fixed the loot problem, also added another version -1st version makes all objectes only frobable to thieves, so guards carnt stack and thieves have to be careful around the other objects. 2nd makes all objects unfrobable to all (in both versions objects that are loot are now frobable) code slighlty altered by immorties with the 2nd version so thanks to him.
