Server Mutator that turns all "BlockAll" actors in all maps, to "BlockNothing" actors ^^ , makes it so players can get to places that where un-reachable before this is an updated file, if you downloaded the old one, replace both the .ini and .u file with the one in this file as it fixes the flaw found in the old version.
